The day a user made their account, like 9 May 2024.
Values
user- Optional. A mention like $mentioned or an ID, the person who used the command if empty.
format- Optional. How to write the date, like %D% %MMMM% %YYYY% (see $formatTime), or unix for Unix seconds.
