$createPost[forum;title;text;tags?]
Creates a post in a forum channel and returns its ID. Tags are names separated by commas.
Values
forum- A forum channel mention, name or ID.
title- The title of the post, up to 100 characters.
text- The first message of the post.
tags- Optional. Tag names separated by commas, at most 5.
