$httpPost[url;body;content type?]
Sends text to a web address and returns the answer. A command can make at most 3 web requests.
Values
url- A link that starts with https://.
body- The text to send, often JSON like {"name":"value"}, with $jsonSafe around values people can change.
content type- Optional. What the body is, like application/json, found out from the body if empty.
