$waitForReaction[command;time;timeout command?;who?]
Waits for the user, or anyone, to react to the bot's answer. Then runs an awaited command. Good for yes or no questions.
Values
command- The name of an awaited command of this bot.
time- How long to wait, like 30s or 5m, at most 1h.
timeout command- Optional. An awaited command that runs when nobody answers in time.
who- Optional. Anyone lets everybody answer and makes $username the one who answered, leave it out for only this user.
